Requested a full refund of the yearly subscription of $46.99. I thought it was a great deal, not knowing that they charge you this amount right away, and not after the 7 day trial you are given with the monthly prem membership. This app does not work, was downloaded 3 days ago - reached out to the developer and nothing. One star - where's your customer service! Update heard from developer still refusing to refund- had to cancel the free 7 day trial or else I would have been charged too!

Pretty bad, no actual difference in connection between countries, disconnects even tho up on the phone bar it still shows the lock and the key. 1 star
