I am glad knowing I can also back up my data's on the Airtel Network...I recently had my Samsung Note 3 formated when I erroneously deleted an in-built application & in the process of fixing the phone,I lost everything. However, I thought Samsung Customers clientèle would be able to help customer save his data's be fixing phones with issues brought to them but guess what, I lost everything & Samsung wasn't of help either.

Contact backup didn't work for me; kept saying "no network connection". I have no faith in the app and uninstalled after posting this review.
