Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Project Management on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. Cool use interface but the overall app is super confusing. I would suggest simplifying it so that'll it's easier to understand. A page of text explaining how to use the app is not the best on boarding experience.

About this app

This application allows you to easily organize projects into smaller tasks in a very simple way. You can assign tasks to specific people and set a time limit. The application also has chat and all communication can be performed within this application.

On each project you can delete a specific task, assign a task to another person, delete a person from the task, change the time, add or delete an image. The tasks that a person gets is able to confirm when they complete the task, so that the project creator can monitor the progress of the project.

You can confirm that you have done the task by pressing the upper right of the rectangle, or if you press the task for more information, you can do the same in the same way.

Every time one of the people in the assignment confirms that he has completed the task on the upper right corner of the rectangle, a purple color is added (depending on how much the task is completed), so that the completed task will be purple. The task assigned to the person will be red (text), when he confirm text is purple. A person can exit tasks by swiping to the left.

Long press on the task will open group chat with the people who are working on the task, but only if you work together on the task. If you are a creator then these restriction do not apply to you.
