I literally cannot get past the login screen because it keeps saying that my info is incorrect even though I know it isn't. Not exactly helpful when I need fo be able to get into it for my chapter's events next week and I can't even get into my account.

It is impossible for me to login . The app is saying my password is incorrect despite it working on my computer this is a huge bug in the app that needs to be fixed asap 🙃

Neither the OmegaOne app or website will work for me. Everytime I log in I am taken back to the page with info on OmegaOne (like if I needed to request a product demo) , I've yet to gain access to my actual account. I am sure my username & password is correct. It's a neverending loop of logging in and being taken back to the page. I am just trying to access crucial announcements for my organization, Alpha Gamma Delta. I hope I can get a solution to this problem.

The app keeps telling me my password is wrong even though the same password gets me in on the computer. This is a major problem, because I can't access study hours, the calendar, or recruitment voting on my phone. Fix immediately! Update: so the log in problem seems to have magically fixed itself, but the study hours section keeps crashing the app entirely.

This app is awful! I only downloaded it because it is the only way for me to log my required study hours for my chapter. Every time I try to open the section where I can log and time my hours it crashes. What is the point of my chapter having his service if one of the most important features doesn't even work? So frustrating.

Pros - It works for me, which is more then some people can say. It saves my study hours if I accidentally close out the app, and if I leave a study location, it still logs the hours. More then some other apps would do. Cons - it opens itself at random, and only half-loads. This tends to be pretty annoying. The website is more detailed, especially when it comes to study hours. Not the worst thing ever, but it's not great. Not the most terrible app, and it's required.
