Very very nice app with user friendly interface. Customer relation is very poor. My credit units was taken and sms was not delivered. I am not happy with this because this is not the first time. Out of annoyance I call their number and I was not attended to satisfactorily. She promised to return the units taken but she never fulfilled her promise.

I've been in a situation when I needed to send INSTANT massages to my people (who don't have Whatsapp or BBM) on site. All I had was less than 10mb and no call credit... Mobile SMS saved the day.
