Nobel service get so bad for the last month or so. Their help desk advised me to download app and do not use local access phone. Of course the issue is the same when using app. Phone calls are being dropped after 2 or 3 min of conversation. And then, weird recording of the phone calls is going on and playing these recordings back to back during the call. A promise that disconnected phone calls will be reimbursed is false, because any call that longer than 30 sec is normal for Nobel.

I have been using this app for a long time only because I need to call landlines of old people in my family in Europe. I have encountered A LOT of problems all the time, but I didn't take he time to switch. I have my mother in the nursing home and I cannot call because this app is defective ALL THE TIME. I HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE because on top of that, I had this representative, REGINA, who abused me to add insult to injury. For me it's a matter of time. as I am calling a nursing home 7 hours ahead. If they take hours to understand it is not working and hours to fix it, FORGET IT!!! MAKE YOUR LIFE EASY. DON'T EVER USE THIS APP!!!

each time proble. Aways disconnecting the call after 30seconds. when i just try to reinstall there is sime error it is mentioning. when you search in play store the app did not show. I just got this link through google but its not downloading. complete waste of money and time. better use other app.

OMG, i downloaded this app thinking it was the best things since Adam, as it enables you to call the number directly from your phone! The shock is, you also incur cost on you contract!!!!! so paying double, for nobel card top up, and off course on my phone! Don't go there. i am so angry!!!!
