About this app

「NifMo でんわ」は、専用アプリを利用したIP電話サービスです。1カ月あたりの通話時間や回数に制限なく、月額定額で固定電話・携帯電話に電話をかけられる「国内かけ放題プラン」と「国内＋海外かけ放題プラン」を提供します。

※アプリのバージョンを更新した際にアプリが強制終了する場合には、一度アンインストールし、再度インストールいただくことで、解消いたします。本現象については現在調査中です。

【不具合について】
現在、SHARP製端末でOSバージョン4.3以下の場合、相手に発信者の声が聞こえない現象が発生しており、調査中です。
なお、Xperia端末でも同様の現象が発生しておりましたが、NifMoでんわアプリバージョン1.1.1で問題が解消しています。

●専用アプリの特長

＜電話帳と着信履歴の自動同期＞
現在お使いのスマートフォンの電話帳と自動で同期を行うため、新たに電話帳登録をすることなく、起動後すぐにご利用いただけます。また、着信履歴も自動で同期を行います（Android版のみ）。

＜着信情報をSMSで通知＞
「NifMo でんわ」は海外のネットワークを利用しているため、通話先の通信会社によっては「通知不可能」または「非通知」と表示されたり、発信者番号の先頭に日本の国番号「+81」が表示されることがあります。その場合、任意でアプリからSMSを送信し、相手に自分が電話をしたことを通知できます（特許出願中　特願2015-075409）。※SMS送信時には送信料（国内：3円/1通）がかかります。


●注意事項

・緊急通報用番号（110、118、119）やフリーダイヤル、ナビダイヤルなど、一部発信できない番号があります。
・通話開始から90分前後経過した場合、自動的に通話が切断されます。ただし、切断後おかけ直しいただくことで再度通話が可能となります。
・「NifMo でんわ（各かけ放題プラン）」は発信専用の電話サービスです。着信時は通常の音声回線を使用します。
・インターネット通信を利用した電話サービス（IP電話）のため、データ通信量が消費されます。データ通信消費量の目安は1.5MB/3分です。
・ご利用のスマートフォンの仕様や性能および発信先の通信環境や設備によっては、一部の音声ガイダンス（機械応答）が正しく聞き取れない場合があります。
