More than once I have topped up and bank shows that money has gone out and then you mysteriously seem to use all your data very quickly Its hardly unlimited data because after you go onto normal speed its a waste of time Somewhat misleading

Says my credit balance is $0. Website says I have way more than that! 'transaction history' just gives texts/calls, not.. you know... Transactions. Unintuitive, confusing, contradictory.

I'm sick to death of this app. I just topped up $20 for my $20 weekly plan and after it says I only have $10 balance but my banking app says $20 went out. So I top up another $10, buy my plan and now I have $10 credit that I didn't want.. In other words the app gave me the wrong credit amount causing me to put more credit on that I couldn't really afford. Not the first time something like this has happened, SORT YOURSELF OUT SKINNY, I'm starting to think skinny should be called RIP-OFF...😬😡

Cannot top up your account when you have used all of your data. Must connect to a wifi network first. This is ridiculous because you online need to top-up when you've run out of data or your plan has expired.

Below is fixed. For now. Using Topup - Online EFTPOS and selecting my bank ASB, It doesn't accept any format of my mobile number. With 0, without 0, 64 , nothing. Says Invalid Customer ID or mob number. My number is correct, register ed and works with ASB Online eftpos fine. Thanks

The Skinny app makes it easy to manage your account - check your balance, top up, and customise your plan with Add-Ons when you’re on the go.

Do your thing better with the Skinny app:
