Great app for conferencing but the mic function for some iphone users is currently not working properly. They can hear everything in the meeting but when its time for them to speak, we're unable to hear them. Im not sure if its just my meeting room but its been going on for a few weeks now. Can anyone on the team please assist?

The app needs some improvement, when a participant enters the meeting its always destructive. Please make entering meeting on mute a default setting. Its an app with potential, but a lot has to be done to improve user experience. And the "beep" when someone enters the meeting is not necessary, it contributes to the destructive. Hope this feedback can be taken into consideration asap as this app is very necessary for the times we are living in. Thank you

We use this for our daily church prayers so I've used this app a lot. It's a somewhat functional app however there's a few major bugs that need fixing plus a few things that need improving. I've sent multiple crash reports also sent an email to the developers hoping to see a difference but to no avail I didn't even get a response. The app crashes if you switch tabs or stay on the chat feature for too long, sometimes the chat doesn't work at all. It's way too easy to accidentally leave a call.

Not enjoying this at all now. App working perfectly before on another device; but since I changed to the present phone (Nokia 5.3), I've not been getting audio during meetings even though I get the billing sound when someone joins or leaves the meeting. Pls, help. Thanks

Please may the developers look into improving the app so that it can accommodate 100-2k participants (mega conference) straight from the app instead of using URLs which takes one to a browser and creates all sorts of issues.

I have downloaded this app and did 1 month free trial on pro account. After that, I have been debited for 3 consecutive months without using the app. I am now experiencing difficulties in unsubscribing my account. Kindly rectify.
