Worst app ever. why this simple app has to be this much complicated? after uploading the documents , it just freezes and all the entered data are lost. I even tried to use web portal and the same problem. after uploading the documents, nothing happens to confirm that documents are received. I can't press submit button ironically again as it may cause me fine. No one from feedback checking personals answers the questions. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO ANSWER THE FEEDBACK, WHY BOTHER PUTTING IT IN FIRST PLACE.
