E-Keralam is a mobile App that is particularly designed for the citizens as well as the staff of panchayat/muncipality/corporation in order to provide the needful information about important matters related to the itself. It also explains the purpose, features, and interfaces of the system.

E-Keralam maintains the transparency of the overall system and makes the system easier to manage. Therefore, instead of having to go literally to the offices or to search for crucial info elsewhere when there is no guarantee of getting the right kind of information one expects, they can simply find that out using this App. The one who seeks information is also authorized to download and share the displayed details externally. It is the panchayat staff who will play the role of the administrator to upload details that is commonly demanded by other citizens.

This App is not just only confined to getting the info but also to raise a complaint, if any, by a localite regarding the panchayat/muncipality/corporation. Furthermore, he or she will also be able to provide advice for the betterment of the system.

The admin will able to manage the data that are required to be uploaded and the notifications that are needed to be pushed so that end-users can see. They can also create, update, delete or edit any kind of information.

There are various functionalities present in this App, and whether one is at the administrator level or end-user level, they both will be able to make use of it accordingly. For instance, the admin can upload the News contents of various kinds such as text, photos, and videos; on the other hand, the end-user can navigate through various titles to view the specifics and also share it externally. Likewise, the Development Programmes can be uploaded in pdf format about the projects that are completed by the administrator, and the end-user can view, download and share such details.

The same kind of rule is applicable for all other kinds of facilities like rural employment, consumer list, budget, complaints, tourism, medical, education, and many more.
