I have a Note 4, and a 2018 Niro PHEV. The climate scheduling does not work at all, says it fails to load, and logging in to the app every time I use it, even if it is a minute apart, is an inconvenience. I love the usefulnes of the app, but being able to just open it and use it would be better. Even logging in every hour would be better, once a day, awesome. There are many times that I log in, start the climate, leave the app (not close it, just switch to a different one), remember that I want to check the charge, and have to log in again.

Won't connect to my car at all. Says something about checking my network connection. Everything else works, internet, email and all other apps on my phone. Nothing wrong with my connection. I uninstalled the app and restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and still the same issue. Grrr..

App needs a Notification once the Vehicle has been fully charged. My app keeps telling me I have a powertain issue. I just bought the car last weekend. Took it in to CarPros in Carson for service to clear the message and it's still displaying powertain issue. Need some help. Dealer says that the car is fine.

Keep it up! #1 fix the logout issue: use fingerprint or extend logout to 30 days+ of last login #2 speed up the refresh rate to get charge status: must be seconds not minutes #3 fix the missing notifications when charging complete (app, text, e-mail) are failing 75% of the time #4 auto refresh when app is launched, don't wait for user to tap the refresh button Fix all those and you'll get a 5 star review from me!

App is well designed but very buggy. It crashes every time you try to pull up charge or a/c scheduling. Load and vehicle sync times are long. Electric range indicator is consistently broken; will show low range even on fully charged battery.

Just purchased Soul EV. App is useful, but painfully slow, fails at times. Made a mistake of scheduling a charge overnite. App failed, car did not charge. Work in progress...
