The app was working okay at first, but for the last week it won't open. It crashes immediately. The workouts were great but I def do not recommend getting this app. Need a refund asap.

Carmen is amazing and her workouts are amazing, everyone should follow her on Instagram, but DON'T GET THIS APP. The developers, Plankk are terrible. Carmen gets 5 stars. Plankk gets zero.

I love Carmen's workout style and the videos in the app to make it easier, but the app itself is poorly designed. Glitchy and customer service is bad. It says there are 3 programs available but mine only shows one. I've talked to customer service multiple times and they won't refund my money,or acknowledge or explain the glitch. I tried deleting, re downloading, making a new account- my app is still missing features. Bad customer service and Carmen won't reply on Instagram, shes seen my messages.

I loved the previous iteration of this app. It wasn't perfect but it was easy to use and got the job done. So many great workouts before! This update has been really rough and I can't even use the app. Total Body workouts show up for upper body or and booty workouts for core. It won't skip past rest days so I'm stuck in one week because the app won't advance forward. I currently have a 3 month subscription but I probably won't renew it if these bugs aren't fixed. It's unusable.

I love Carmen and her workouts but after the last update the app stopped tracking my progress and reverts back to the workout I did before the update. Even after playing all the workouts I've completed it still goes back to level 4 even though I'm now on level 7. Also, some workout videos and instructions arent super clear ... for example the instructions say 15 lb weights but the video shows weights and ankle weights. Or it will say 8 reps but doesnt indicate if its alternating legs or 8 reps per side. Again I LOVE the workouts and Carmen but the app needs work
