The app offer's a variety of different functions all in on app. You can access your training and meal plan on the go. Also love the function where I can change exercises if I don't want to do a certain one and that I my trainer can see my reps, tempo and sets. makes it easier when altering programs when the trainer has in depth information about my workouts.
