This app is the worst. It will not read the Vin half the time, won't upload the videos, then on top of that you can't take pictures in the app. I have over 70 videos that did not upload. I will be deleting this app and going back to my iPhone version.

Trash.. no android support. No video walk arounds. Waste of time especially in the field for flat rate techs.

Switched to android from my iPhone because this app kept crashing on IOS. As soon as I got my new galaxy s20 I encountered the same issues. This app is constantly crashing. You have to leave it open and cannot use other apps. Zooming in will cause it to crash. Turning your flashlight on will cause it to crash. In general a terrible experience on both Android and IOS

This app is great. I am able to effectively perform my walk arounds. If a customer says "hey that dent wasn't there before!" before even walking to the other side of the car where the dent is. I can show them the time stamped video that they are incorrect. Has saved my boss thousands of dollars in internal charges. I'd like to have the ability to use my kaarma through MPI EDGE app. Like view MPI report and click a mykaarma button in the MPI report to call or text a client.

Desperately needs a picture ONLY feature. A video is 95% of the time a waste of time and isn't needed where a picture only would be more beneficial. Taking a screenshot in a video is a very poor user experience. Edit. Picture only mode seemingly added and then removed.
