The dedicated server IP worked great for about a week. Then speed dropped down to nothing. Tried contacting customer support and it's like everyone disappeared. Got what appears to be a automated reply to my problem, all it says is Thank you. Great answer to my complaint.

Dedicated vpn was not what i needed so the customer service was excellent and refunded thanks ( the only is the links in emails i was not able to open to leave feedback )hope this helps
