I do not know how many stars to give now...so I gave it 3. If you fix my problem I will give it 5 :-).My problem is that I downloaded the app today on my Samsung A5....but only your old previous version appears..not this version. I cannot do a top up..or buy with card etc.. If it is because my Android version on my A5 is only V6...can something be done please...I cannot upgrade the Android version..Please...Thanx Ps...I need to say your team leader in the MTC call centre...Samual Swartz..he is my hero...what an example of how it should be done!

This app is useless... It doesnt work... When i open it the screen just turns white... I read through the other reviews and i agree with everyone that has a complaint with the app... I also tried the whatsapp number for help but the person who was helping me was very unhelpfull and didn't seem to know what she is doing... I'm really thinking of moving to Tn mobile...

It never works on either of my numbers. And when I do load airtime the app takes half of it for i don't know what and then there's not enough to buy anything from the app even of it was working. Useless and a waste of time and money.

While I appreciate the ability to buy data and bundles without having to use USSD codes, I feel the app could use quite a bit of much needed tweaking. The previous versions of the app ran quite smoothly. This new update aimed at improving the UI, but it made the app slower and difficult to use. For example, opening/closing a drop-down list, glitches and loads in 'slow-motion' across the screen. I hope there will be a balance between the previous usability and UI experience, in the near future.

It's a fairly good app. It would be good if it showed when my aweh will expire. It would be great if one can use more features while offline or while there are no datas.
