This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing CleanMessaging:SMS&CallBlocker on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

This is not true: "Can block all kind of sms spam, from unknown number or sender phrase"; there is no option to block a keyword / phrase such as "viagra". Also the app freezes and crashes on my 3gb RAM Droid Turbo running Marshmallow 6.01. Lastly, it automatically blocks messages from anyone not in your contacts list. :(

I have tried a few other apps that's either spammed me with notifications or didn't notify me when a message came through but this app is fantastic! Does everything it should and doesn't spam me...which is the whole idea of this app. To top it off, you can set it to some very pretty colours that isn't available on others. Love it!!
