Se supone que el pin number que tu ingresas es el de tu voicemail pero uno lo ingresa y lo que sale es un error y obviamente en servicio al cliente no tienen idea no que hacer. Se solicita alguien que por favor actualice el app y corrija el error.

Wish i coul put no stars at all, cause i literally couldn't access the app AT ALL 😖 it asks for some password i dont know about or have 😒 seems like it would be cool and all if i could use it but i can't!! Dx some one pls fix.

Had to call costumer service, the app didnt work at first had trouble with the voicemail password. After waiting for 1 hour on the line they told me they could do nothing. seriously this guys suck.

Funcionaba bien en mi Galaxy S4. Hice un cambio al Galaxy S7 y no acepta el código diciendo que hay un error. Al parecer es un problema de incompatibilidad de la aplicación con el sistema operativo de los nuevos celulares. Por lo visto no le han hecho un "update" a esta aplicación desde julio del 2013! Si 2013 o sea HACE 4 AÑOS! . Lo triste es que "NADIE SE HA DADO CUENTA" (o no les importa) en el área de servicio al cliente y peor aún, ESTOY PAGANDO por un servicio que NO puedo utilizar... ¡Sumamente decepcionada!

No funciona. Error cuando ingreso el pin. He llamado innumerables veces a servicio al cliente y nada.

Open Mobile Visual Voicemail is a smart device (smartphone, tablet, etc.) application that presents subscribers a visual list of the messages in their voice mailbox on their mobile device, and allows them to select and play a message with just one click. Subscribers can also delete messages, return a call, and update their personal greeting using the Visual Voicemail client. Some of the advanced features of the Open Mobile Visual Voicemail include replying via SMS, forward voicemail to email, and managing user’s greetings. With Open Mobile Visual Voicemail, end-users can access their messages using the visual interfaces they have grown to love on their smart devices.
