Very often when I get notified and launch the app, I get "invalid token". I am then made to login and when I do the message from my child cannot be seen. It is as though they never sent any messages. The GPS location quite often shows them being kilometres from their actual location. Lastly the battery level reported is not always accurate. One moment shows half strength then I find out from my child the battery depleted but in the app still showed half strength. I am so disappointed.

Rubbish. App/Device won't communicate. Lodged a support ticket. Every couple of weeks I get an email asking me if it's fixed , I reply no its not then don't hear anything until the next email asking me if it's fixed. Terrible service. Going try and take it back for a refund. Poor kid is do dissapointed.

Just got the watch for 7yo. This app is pretty useless. Unable to add contacts and all the other buttons dont open up except for settings and tracking history. Both buttons dont go any further than just opening to their main areas. Cant track anything because my child's watch doesnt show up anywhwere on the app. When i press "unbind" button it does nothing. Im regretting buying this watch. What a waste of our money. Extremely disappointed with Moochies app & watch. Should've bought Spacetalk!

It's great to be able to talk to my daughter, and know she's safe. However, the tracking device shows her as being in the middle of a lake about 10 kms away, so that's less helpful. Video calling is laggy and freezes a lot. The SOS button also seems to power down the phone if held down too long, which is not ideal. Have contacted support but no response so far

I like the Moochies watch but I don't love it. It gets quite frustrating when I can't save pictures my child sends me via the watch and I can not do same to my child from the app. The other features are great. Tracking is mostly always spot on. It's just missing treasured moments my child sends me via photos and they're automatically deleted via the app.

Don't like the fact this app has to have my location and track me and don't like that it has to have access to my photos, camera and microphone. All a bit snoopy and too much.
