This plugin used to work until Android v6 but now as many other users have already stated, it requests root permissions, which are granted, but then it fails to activate reporting that there is no root access.

I'm on NK3 or 4.4.2 on my Note 3, all stock, everytime I restart my phone I have a bunch of missed calls this is super annoying and needs to be fixed. If you're wondering about root? Yeah, I'm fully rooted, I would love an email or notification that this is being looked into, I'll even pay for your app if you fix this

Worked great on nexus 5 4.4.4 but won't work on Android L. Please fix, I miss my favorite dialer app 😢. 21/Nov/2014 - Missed calls are gone on Android L yay 🙌

Doesn't work anymore. On s7 nougat it asks for root permission, after I grant it says that phone doesn't have root.
