About this app

Unite Context is a collaboration tool for healthcare teams providing a unified communication application for physicians and caregivers. It enables patient-centric communication between care team members supporting messaging conversations, sharing of medical images, staff availability awareness and access to patient health information in the EHR system. This allows caregivers both inside and outside the hospital to collaborate quickly and easily, ultimately helping support a better connected care environment.

Unite Context supports presence status (available, busy etc.) for those caregivers assigned to a patient and enables creation of “dynamic care teams” for patient-centric staff collaboration. The dynamic care team makes it possible for nurses, physicians and other caregivers to quickly and easily find out who is assigned to a given patient. It also provides the ability to contact one or all care team members through a simple and intuitive user interface.
