Deze app geeft je wel wat informatie, maar is heel slecht in elkaar gestoken. Helemaal niet 2019 waardig. - Je hebt misschien meerdere toestellen? Dat is dan heel jammer, want per toestel waarop je de app installeert moet je een ander e-mail adres hebben. - Je kan je e-mail adres ook niet meer veranderen, het enige wat kan is je account verwijderen en een nieuw aanmaken. - Als je iets wil melden moet je veel geduld oefenen, veel te veel vragen en met een beetje geluk loop je vast in het proces. Je voornaam, achternaam, GSM nummer, moet je bij een melding nog eens apart opgeven, terwijl dit gewoon in de app beschikbaar is. - Bij een melding moet je ook je locatie doorgeven. Er staat wel "maak een nauwkeurige beschrijving" maar uiteindelijk insisteert de app je GPS coordinaten door te geven. Als je dan thuis iets meldt dan zijn dat de verkeerde coordinaten. - Als je vast komt te zitten in de melding van een probleem dan loop je het risico dat je alles opnieuw moet ingeven. - Maanden geleden al eens iets gemeld, en enkel een mailtje ontvangen dat er een werkopdracht is, maar daarna wordt het compleet stil, ook na herinneringsmails terug te hebben gestuurd.
