Always just says establishing encrypted channel. Restart phone, Uninstall and install, everything and it still doesn't work unless you restart the mobicam itself and connect it all over again until you close out of the app then the cycle repeats. Defeats the purpose of being able to check up on your baby if you have to restart the mobicam everytime just to see footage.

Not sure how to feel about it me and my spouse both have issues with the app and through out the day it will say set up complete even tho its been up and running since we placed it.. it doesn't make you feel very safe and I have the placed inside my bedroom. Would replace it but it does the job I guess

Bought a set of three of these they have been nothing but a pain just like everybody says you can never get the picture or the video feed to come up they're junk can't get no help

It always just says establishing encrypted channel. Never actually shows me anything. It works very rarely when I restart my entire phone. I feel like the monitor itself wouldn't be awful it the app would work.

All are referring to the same issue of not connecting to the camara. It is a software issue that we dis not have when I bought it. If you are not able to fix then we need the refund

Would not recommend, if the loading issue can be fixed I'll redo the rating. But as of now, it's trash and a waste of time.
