I purchased 2000 points, I used just three calls which is good, I had around 1700 remaining points, the second day when I tried calling, every time it says, please try after sometime, I am fed up, logged out tried still no use, suddenly there is no remaining points, I reinstalled app, pls provide my money back or give back points and allow to call

The app never sends the message with the verification code. I tried 20+ times and it never sent. Major waste of time.

I purchased 2000 coins and it's not added to my account. It is fake app, only grabbing our money after we do the payment we dont receive any coins which they say. Cannot make calls or send messages its say not free and need to pay even after purchasing the coins.
