About this app

MaX by Metaswitch provides a second shared phone number for small businesses, families and prosumers which can be used from within your normal phone app, alongside your personal number.

Continue to use your familiar phone app for voice calls, and MaX will intelligently route those calls using the correct number.
These calls are placed entirely using the carrier's voice network (we don't use VoIP), giving you clear, high quality voice calls on either phone number.

Calls made using MaX by Metaswitch can be placed through an intermediate access number. All access number based calls use the standard minutes from your cell phone plan and may incur costs (e.g. when traveling internationally).
