Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Call One UC on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

Doesn't run at all unless the full requested permission set is granted, even if those permissions aren't actually required for the specific functionality being actively used. This means I can't join a meeting unless I give this app (and this the company that made it) access to my contact list, and grant it/them access to storage. By contrast, best practice is to gracefully degrade, only disabling impacted features. I urge folks trying to find a conferencing solution to look elsewhere
