Organises my messages to be displayed on the app on my laptop, so I can concentrate on one screen, not having to unlock the phone to see what the txt says, or distracted and did something else on the phone. Also good for screenshotting, or copy and paste into a group txt or for other programmes. Some older phones arent compatible, and it sends group txt in MMS instead of SMS, and some phones cant read MMS, and it costs more, so be aware of this.

I ALWAYS use this because the messages connected to FB SUX ASS! It always interferes with everything else. This ones easy to use, doesnt bother anything and have never had an issue. Dont give me any problems - ever? That deserves 5 stars.. until that track record is broken. I dont see that happening in the foseeable future at this app.

This app has been greatly improved over the years. It allows a user to use SMS instead of MMS, for text only messages, which is a security related point. It also has a way to block contacts and report SPAM. Even offline, the app is tremendously user friendly and functions well for basic SMS individual and multi recipient messaging.

I use Google Messages in preference to OnePlus stock messaging app. Has a lot more features, works extremely well. Only issue is that from time to time Names assigned to numbers disappear. However an update usually rectifies the issue. Might be worth looking into the reasoning as I also use Google Contacts and Google Dialler in preference to OnePlus stock apps on a OnePlus 6T global version.

Last update seemed have removed ability to have different notification sounds for Messages and Emails. Sorry... Just buried deep down in settings. Its there, just not easily accessible.

Im enjoying the message app but the only problem I find difficult is loading up the messages if the space or storage its too small almost like frozen for no reason whatsoever .
