This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Vox DaVo Softphone on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

ik maak al geruime tijd met vee plezier gebruik van de win. gui van de softphone. helaas blijft de app hangen in het geen verbinding kunnen maken, en vraagt om de ip reg. en pin te controleren. deze zijn correct, dus wat kan dan wel het probleem zijn? daar is geen info over te vinden.

About this app

De Vox DaVo Softphone is een extentie van de Vox DaVo PBX van je bedrijf op de Android telefoon, dit geeft je een vast mobile convergentie met de mogelijkheid om gesprekken in wacht te plaatsen of door te verbinden, alsook visualisatie van collega's en lijnen. Geniet van alle mogelijkheden van je beveiligde telefooncentrale in je bedrijf vanop je Android telefoon

•Eén enkel oproepnummer voor zowel je vaste telefoon als je mobile telefoons
•Inkomende oproepen naar je vaste telefoon worden automatisch doorgestuurd naar je smartphone
•Het nummer van de beller wordt getoond (niet het PBX nummer)
•Alle uitgaande oproepen van je smartphone App tonen het bedrijfnummer ipv je mobiel nummer.
•Maak gebruik van de telefoonboek van je smartphone of van het telefoonboek van je bedrijf. In beide gevallen ziet de oproeper je bedijfsnummer.
•Bekijk de status van je collega's in real time.
•Wanneer je bezet bent zien je collega's dit.
•Oproep info - gemiste oproepen - ontvangen oproepen - gekozen nummers
•Luister en beheer je zakelijke voicemails vanop je smartphone
•De PBX kan geprogrammeerd worden om al je App oproepen te zenden via IP of via het GSM netwerk wanneer je niet bereikbaar bent via WiFi
•Flip tijdens een gesprek van VoIP naar GSM of omgekeerd, afhankelijk van de kwaliteit van het signaal.

De Opera Softphone App gebruikt Voice over IP (VoIP) technologie over zowel het WiFi als 3G netwerk. Het kan ook geprogrammeerd worden om te werken via GSM. Denk eraan dat sommige 3G service providers het gebruik van VoIP niet toelaten of een extra fee aanrekenen voor VoIP. Bij twijfel over het gebruik van VoIP via een bepaald 3G netwerk en/of bij slechte WiFi verbinding, gebruik dan de GSM optie.

•Een smartphone licentie geïnstalleerd op de Vox DaVo PBX
•Het IP adres van de Vox DaVo PBX programmeren in de APP samen met je IP Registratie naam en je IP registratie PIN.
•Systeem administrator programmiering indien de modem routre gateway UPNP niet ondersteund, dan dient port forwarding van de Systeem toestellen Signaleringspoort en RTP Voice poorten manueel te worden geprogrammeerd vanaf de modem router naar de Vox DaVo PBX.
