First if all, it is impossible to register. After submission, app forever shows that it is sending data. I had to do it via website to login in the app. There is a selection of passport, but it is validated like IC - 12 characters. Are you aware that passport is up to 9 chr, but can be less. You could just Google that. Was it so hard to add English? Seems like a way to cut off complains.

Terrible...terrible...terrible. Why does login to register keeps going on n on in a loop. I tried for a whole day n didnt succeed to register. What a stupid App....if u want to spend money developing an App....use it first internally Mr. PRESIDENT of MPPJ before u launch it on app store. What a stupid App...waste of time n money....

Useless apps. wasting time. Submitted through e-aduan for 2 months and the status written solved. However my problems are not solved at all. When email to e-aduan for follow up, they asked me to follow up with the particular departments and staffs. If that is the case why in the first place asked me to submit e-aduan?? I might as well submit straight to the so call department? Wasted 2 months and need to restart everything.

Cannot register after trying umpteen times. Please get it right and don't waste people's precious time. When we lodge a complain about uncollected rubbish in our area using e mail, MBPJ will ask us to use the eAduan app. But this app is not even responding. Useless.

My complaint was sent to their email but didn't get any reply or problem solving, your customer service line didn't answer at all. So I download this apps. Registered but cannot log in at all. Then how can people make complaints to you??? MBPJ can you please make a faster response? 👆

This app by eAduan MBPJ is a 'JOKE' your complaints will never be taken seriously as it will reply as 'invalid' even submitting multiple times on the same issue with different discription. They just give a standard canned reply. So don't even bother with this. It's a waste of our public money and time. MPPJ I hope you are reading this. Zero star. Any other Apps from MPPJ or likewise will be a laughing 'JOKE' too.....
