Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing NotifyUs on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

NotifyUs makes it easy to report of incidents, issues or problems to the responsible party for delivering a service and then receive feedback or instructions as to how to resolve the problem or take appropriate action

Use cases include :
- Tenants, landlords and service providers needing to communicate on incidents or problems.

- Members of a community or neighbourhood watch need to communicate and stay in touch with each other and their security provider.

- Employees or students need to log maintenance issues with the maintenance team.

By downloading this free application and registering with your respective community, landlord or service department you are able to collect data, include photographs and automatically share the results with back-office systems and people.

While this application is designed for smartphones and tablets, users are able to also log and track their incidents using the on-line browser based application which is also free to use in conjunction with this application.

The back-office team uses an on-line control center application to analyse submitted incidents, assign them a priority, notify the service team if required and provide feedback to you the submitter of the incident.

As a result we make it possible for companies to track, analyze, and continuously improve processes around the handling of incidents that are being logged on NotifyUs.
