This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Masergy Communicator on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

Sucks. Somehow have an invalid client license but my IT can login to my account on their phones. I use Pixel 2 XL on Android 8.1.0... so perhaps my phone too good for Masergy to provide support yet. Hopefully they figure it out.
