MASC Lite v1.3 - REQUIRED UPDATE FOR ALL ANDROID USERS
Implemented new push notifications. This update will correct push notification issues that occurred on Android Oreo devices.

App Permissions

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
