A great app! Easy to use, and it's wonderful having a US number for others to call me while I'm forward deployed in Japan. I had issues initially before customer service contacted me and explained the operation. For users on the US calling plan, make sure you input the +1 prior to putting on your us number you're trying to call.

I would recommend you Never install this app. You can go for MagicJack. Worst app, paid money for this stupid app. There are many more similar app, use them instead of this. I am facing lots of problems with this application and everytime I email their support center, they are not responding back. I have wasted my money and would suggest you to not to go for this app. Mjconnect is only responsible for providing customer disappointment, they do not provide services and support. I am going for next application which I know is working very fine. Sorry MjConnect you have made a stupid app. you should be guilty for the same.

I used be a fun of this app ,but not anymore! I hated it because of the bad coustomer support. They never responded to my emails I paid $9.99 to get one year membership ,but when I changed my smartphone and tried to log in in my account I couldn't make any calls and I contacted the customer support ,but they didn't responded to me and today I also paid $9.99 and still couldn't get it to work now I will ask for a refund and I will never purchase anything thing from this app and I will delete it! It as a horrible experience.

On buying plan it is showing blank entries for state name etc.- ------------ Bug fixed... Great :) subscribed for the same and works fine. Thanks (2) I'm not able to make call. it is saying that you should have enough credit. I think with this subscription I must be able to do calls to US.

I purchased the unlimited US package but can't make.any calls it's saying to buy credits. Not a good app if everyone's complaining about the same thing. I didn't read the reviews before purchasing and now I wish I had. I'm very interested is knowing how to get my money back...no point paying for something I can't use and I have emailed the support team no answer as yet.

Hi Team,I just subscribed to Unlimited US Call Planning. However i am not able to make calls to any of the US numbers and its creating a lot of problem and inconvenience. Can you please look over the issue and resolve at the earliest.
