This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing SMS client on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

It says connected and when i try to send anything from my phone it says it is not possible to connect to the phone. Blue tooth on, connected to Mac and client is launched on my phone.... Samsung Galaxy 7.

Type SMS messages on your Mac computer and send them via your Android phone, the Bluetooth connection is used. This "SMS client" application requires the Mac version of "SMS sender for Android", which can be dowloaded from the Mac App Store:
