Whenever a file is downloaded. It would show that it's downloaded and ready to open but when you try to open it it just won't open and also you cannot locate the downloaded file in your phone. Maybe some server error with this app or some glitche. I was made to download same file twice or thrice I don't know why it just disappeared after being downloaded completely (as it would show) Causing a lot of problem. Need to fix this ASAP.

The concept is cool, but performance is really bad, the app lags a lot, push notifications does not work at all, everytime I have to open and see is there anything new, because of this I miss many important things. You are having developer team specially for these things, so till now this problem should have been resolved. I am not the first one to write about the bugs.. So many students are using this..please find some time to look on the issue 🤦

The app just does not help me in any way we are given documents to download which are hardly of 2-3 mb and it takes hours to download them and at the end it will show that the file doesn't exist anymore download it again and the download option will not be there anymore

This is what happens when you take any other white label app and rebrand it to shove it down the throats of the masses, to become "MODERN", even though its incapable of even basic chat functionalities. (Fugu, I got you there!) The app never refreshes messages on its own till we open the app and explicitly do so. Messages are slow to refresh and it would always show slow internet even though I'm on a 60mbps connection. No notifications come for new messages... UMS and LPU Live are polar opposite

its a dead app.. the features are dead too.. whenever i try to open a video or document it closes the app and crashes.. i mean w0w..🤰🤰
