Why is it that only 2 weeks into a buying installing and paying for my subscription for 4 DIFFERENT cameras, my replay is not working. I know of for a fact that it was working yesterday 6/22/21 and today up until around 12/1 pm EST. This is a vital item in my household, I don't stay in a great area so having a camera that I can playback on is a must! But you guys have failed at that. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

App is a bit clunky, works okish, my main issue is i cant seem to download the image or a recorded video while in the app, does the app store the media on the camera, phone, or the cloud? and i cant seem to open the image in the album its always in a preview type window, even forcing the phone to landscape does not fix it,

Camera is fine. App is a bit rubbish though. Often takes several restarts before it will recognise the SD card. Alerts can take a few minutes to come through, but that is a minor problem compared to not being able to view footage.

Update: App no longer requests location every start up. Doesn't connect when on VPN either, only when app is already on and vpn is switched on. Original: Can this app please stop asking me to enable my location every single time it starts up? There is no reason I should need to it my location for what I use it for. Otherwise, its very slow to start up (takes about 5-10 seconds) I'm assuming it's doing a bunch of unnecessary phoning-home calls before I can switch off my lights.

Bought the SP10 Smart Socket. Followed the instructions. Product will not connect to app, therefore it doesn't work. Garbage product. Will not recommend.

The camera is nice but the app basically stopped working after the first week. Stopped detecting motion, stopped notifying me, can't detect the SD card and randomly signs me out when I'm not home, therefore making me unable to see anything at all. So, it has basically become useless.
