The customer service is terrible no elite staff at all so sad they are rude and also can not help with any issues that is brought up to them all they have is information and no solution. Terrible customer service someone needs to take over completly and do something about this company. I have been with them for a couple of years now and recently started to use this app again and everytime Its an issue with promos or call dropping no help and no professionals . Sad .
