I bought the Smart LED Lightstrip. It was difficult for me to connect. I gave up after a long time. I tried again the next day and it connected easily. Once connected the app is quite extensive. Highly customizable lights. Many different colors. Can set brightness & contrast. Also “breath” mode, flash mode or static. Transition speed can adjust too. Summary: if the connection instructions is clear and simple, this is a great product.

Devices randomly disconnect and won't work for weeks, then begin working again. This happens every couple of months. Total frustration. Have Lenovo "Smart" bulbs and "Smart" plugs. They all do the same thing. No wonder Lenovo was unloading these in package deals. Fix this! We have dozens of other brands of automation gear, none have issues like this. THE WORST! The app/server is the problem, not the devices.

You cannot register the app in Android or by phone (neither generates an sms or email code). Hopeless. The only way to register is using your Google or Facebook Account (but Amazon isn't an option). After thst it is all plain sailing. Disappointingly "the cloud" feature is proprietary and not Gdrive. There's no way I'm going to pay for that feature. That said the quality of image is brilliant. The camera app however needs extra features like setting a date & time function for motion alerts.

I used this app as instructed to set up my Smart Bulb. I've spent several hours trying to get the app to connect to it. My phone can see the bulb hotspot, but connection times out every time. I guess it's not supported anymore? Either way this was a terrible experience and I'll be trying to get my money back and use another brand.

Used this app for the P1 360 cam. While the cameras are great, the app is extremely clumsy and reviewing the vision to find an event couldn't be made harder if they tried. 1 star is being generous.

Total garbage. I have Lenovo smart plugs, they lost connnection and Lenovo Link app wasn't working. Uninstalled and installed Lenovo Link pro app. It doesn't even seem to support smart plugs. Will not connect. This is poor design, poor support, poor business practice, and an absolute lack of wanting to have working products or supporting apps. Seriously...do they even TEST their products, or better yet, support them? I'll never waste money on Lenovo products again.
