It's terrible, the app doesn't even connect to the wifi bulbs, don't waste your time with this app and rather save your money by not buying their rubbish bulbs.

Unable to create an account/sign up. Clicking on the "Sign Up" button does not do anything.

It won't even connect to the wifi. I'm connected to my wifi just fine, but the app keeps saying it can't find it. The light bulb is Bluetooth! I cant even connect it to my wifi, so why use the wifi to find it?

THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT APP. Look for the one without APM in its name. If you can't find it then look in play store in your browser or Google: Ledvance Smart+ WiFi

I hate this. I try to connect with the internet and it says that it is wrong then I put in the CORRECT one and it still says it's wrong. If u dont know then just connect the bulbs with the phone plz fix!!!

Please note that the LEDVANCE APM SMART+ Wi-Fi app does not work with the OSRAM or LEDVANCE SMART+ Zigbee products.
To control our SMART+ products with the LEDVANCE APM SMART+ Wi-Fi App, you do not need a separate hub. The LEDVANCE APM SMART+ Wi-Fi App eliminates the complicated setup problem and provides easy solution.
With our SMART+ Wi-Fi products, you will also benefit from the new Wi-Fi Fastcon technology. If you have multiple SMART+ Wi-Fi products, you can control the lights in another room, on the next floor, or even outside your home thanks to the Fastcon technology to relay commands and information between each other. With Wi-Fi devices, you can also take advantage of increased reliability and scalability with a limited delay in response when controlling individual lights or groups of lights together.
Moreover, if you prefer to use our APM SMART+ Wi-Fi products with Google Home, you can simply enable them by the App. Afterwards the products can be easily connected to a Google Home or Nest device. Anytime a change back to control our products by the App is possible.
