Poor functionality, no way to contact for custom service. You can not top up if you run out of data. The app doesn't open saying it needs the update of operating system first, while the system is up to date, so it sends you to Lebara web page instead. Exhausting and almost useless...

This app is useless. The last one was brilliant no problems at all then they change to this. I can never top up, the app always needs updating. There is always a problem. I would give it a zero star rating if I could

Top ups impossible and has cost me 40€ for 9 hours as app is so bad and wouldn't allow me to choose plan. Giving 1 star as no stars is not an option. I always top up at shops now!!

things are improving, I came very close to going to another provider, but steps have been taken in the top section of the App. Coverage is very good in Spain, and I need to look into roaming, was unable to last time!

Having everything under control has never been easier:
- Your line usage: track your data, calls and SMS usage, check your active add-ons and do everything that you can think of about your lines
- Top up: you can top up your mobile phone from the app

You can also track your balance with an easy-to-use widget.

You just need your mobile phone number and an I'm Lebara password to use the app. If you don’t have a password yet or if you forgot your password, you can get a new one from the app.
