App has not seen an update since August 2018, and it tells by the icons, labels and other OLD elements used on the app. Functionality-wise, it seems to work fine. On the wishing list side of things, I would like to see the numeric value of the current battery charge, and not just a plain icon. This app needs a serious plastic surgery to bring it up-to-date.

It doesn't seem to update "as frequently as every 10 seconds." Even when I adjust the power settings to constant update... It doesn't update when I refresh. I really regret getting rid of AngelSense, because both the app and PocketFinder under-deliver.

It works great, when it works which is only about 10 percent of the time.
Doesn't refresh for days at a time.

This is the best GPS I have ever used, I highly, highly, highly recommend
using them. Their accuracy is pinpoint!! And their customer service is even
better, truly superb customer service!

App and online settings are vastly different and no indication as to when they will be in sync. Hard to tell what settings have been accepted (App or online version). Customer service is lacking. I've gotten better service from a Chinese GPS that I purchased to test along side of this one. It has more functionality as well.
