It automatically recharges your account every month and you have to cancel auto recharge everytime you recharge. Really annoying and inconvenient, it used to be a once off setting you change and thats it. ALSO, I can't log out! Every time I log out, it keeps taking me back to the main page. Is it just me or are you guys getting worse as time goes by? Used to be such a great app.

Does not allow me to log out of the app. When I select log out to takes me to my account summary page. It also does not allow me to upgrade or downgrade my account. App is also set up to renew automatically and you have to unselect it. Overall its a very sloppy and amateurish app. It needs a LOT of work!

data balance needs to be provided in real numbers rather than %, data usage to date are given in real numbers BUT it needs to be at the top of page next to remaining balance NOT way down at the bottom at day 1. I DO NOT want to scroll for a whole minute just to get to the bottom. Kogan FIX IT UP please.

Absolute Garbage App. This is why they are cheap. Best to use the sms functions to check your data balance. Always turn off auto recharge straight after you have activated your service. Dealing with the call centre is time in your life you will never get back. It's on par with being in an ESL class

First of all, I suddenly lost internet connection and they are blaming my mobile is faulty while it's working fine with the Telstra network. After I disconnected the account, I should get back $100 on my Kogan credit card, they said it was unable to transfer. Never buy Kogan sim and credit card.

Aldi have an 18GB plan for 25$. Kogan have a 13GB plan for 29.90$! More expensive and less data. The kogan app forces you to autorecharge after putting ur credit card details, you can't recharge without ticking this box. The worst part is customer support! After speaking with a robot, u reach a human that wana confirm ur details again, and they don't listen, they just tell things u already know
