For the life of me.. I can't find the option to set a daily on and off timer for my backyard lights. I see how to set it on.. but I want it to go off in 4 hrs.. WHERE IS THAT FEATURE!! (It use to be there) #Frustrating and I bought a box of 4.. round mini plugs and only 3 work #Disappointing

Spotty, limited features you need in app. Occasionally have to go to Google home for things. Isn't consistently connected to the internet and occay have to crash the app to load my devices

These outlets handle DST with the grace of a squirrel on a greased pole. I have 4, one is an hour fast, and two are an hour behind. Yes, I can reset them twice per year, plus the times they try to fix themselves, or I can buy another product entirely. They do track usage, but relaibly only if the wifi maintains a perfect connection all the time.

Randomly turns off and on. It also disconnects from the outlet. ... This wont allow me to use a new phone or my old phone after trying to switch phones. It claimed my account wasn't valid and I had to make a new one too.

We use these devices for Christmas so it's only for about a month and a half at most. We have 15 devices in use inside the house and while the devices themselves work, they stay connected to the internet just fine the app sucks. In the prior app there was a way to make a group and in this version you have to add devices to a Tap-to-Run group and it's very slow as you have to add them one by one and indicate on or off for each. So that means two Tap-to-Run for each group. And the app doesn't register touches to activate things very well. I sometimes have to click a Tap-to-Run 10-15 times to get it to activate. The automation of the Tap-to-Run works well so have resorted to that. If the app had easily addable groups in the device section and would register touches on the screen better it would be much better solution. The developer also doesn't appear to respond to questions on how to do things in the app.

The app is not communicating with Location services, (GPS). Without this the app will not complete setup. Also, when trying to add name the teal "Enter" icon does not function. {edit} After much research I found another app in Google Play that works with the plug. If you're having trouble getting this app to work try this one; Tuya Smart App
