Initiative is good but the app is not working after the installation. If not rectified immediately, then the good intend of digitalization is defeated. Moreover, this aggravate the problem of people needing this service. Please consider it as a lifeline for those who needs it. In many cases, it could be the lives of near and dear ones.. Sir, please inform your technical team the issue is not fixed as mentioned in your earlier reply.

This app is not monitoring properly,I have requested for a travel pass at 12:05 AM after 10 hours the status shows pending, how this to platform useful to public. Please try to make immediate actions also improve the accuracy, loading speed, Bugg likes- (1)Something its hanging. (2) loading speed very poor. (3) The functions like pol-pass is not loading only a white screen only appear.

This time the app worked superbly. Just keeping it in my phone for emergency use. Thanks!! There's one problem, though. The App does not automatically add an icon to the home screen. Can you check this? Again, how do I change the date of birth, by going on swiping in the calendar till 1942? This is terrible. The year starts from 1950!! What about older people?

Edit: Thanks, its working now. The app is stuck on the loading page. No error, no response. Just stuck. Using Android OS, using mobile network.

Good app but it seriously needs a UI overhaul. The UI looks terribly outdated, unpleasant and some elements are very hard to read because of the colours used.
