This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing JSEC Student on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. About this app

JSEC Student est l’application qui permet aux apprenants, étudiants, stagiaires, participants… d’attester de leur présence en centre de formation.

Cette application permet de signaler sa présence lors de formations à distance ou en présentiel via 3 types de validation : les balises beacons (bluetooth), les QR Codes, les codes.

L’ÉMARGEMENT VIA BALISES DE PROXIMITÉ :

Pour les formations en présentiel, vous pourrez vous rendre dans la salle assignée à votre formation pour détecter la balise de proximité associée (borne fixe, tablette, matériel du formateur, …). Veillez à allumer votre bluetooth et autoriser la localisation pour utiliser l’application, votre localisation ne sera pas sauvegardée : cela permet au système de détecter que vous êtes à proximité d’une balise.

Les beacons garantissent les présences dans les lieux de formation équipés de balises de proximité, et sans aucune localisation physique des individus, dans le respect de la vie privée et des obligations RGPD.

Une fois la balise détectée, l’application vous autorise à émarger via le pad de signature prévu à cet effet.

L’ÉMARGEMENT VIA QR CODE :

Pour les formations en présentiel, vous pourrez vous rendre dans la salle de formation ou près de votre formateur où vous sera affiché un QR Code que vous scannerez depuis l’application Student. Ce QR Code est rotatif et change à intervalle régulier afin de réduire les risques de signature non autorisée à distance.

Une fois le QR-code scanné, vous pourrez attester de votre présence en signant sur le pad prévu à cet effet.

L’ÉMARGEMENT VIA CODE :

Pour les formations dispensées en présentiel et/ou à distance, le formateur ou responsable de formation peut vous communiquer un code (sur le tableau, par e-mail, par téléphone…). Vous pourrez alors entrer ce code dans l’application Student afin d’accéder à l’interface de signature et émarger pour signaler votre présence.



L’utilisation de cette application nécessite un abonnement à la solution JeSuisEnCours qui fournit le code identifiant nécessaire au démarrage de l’application.

JeSuisEnCours génère ensuite des attestations de présence, certifiées conformes au décret 2017-382 et garantit la fiabilité des éléments de collecte grâce aux pistes d’audit, dans le contexte des financements et des contrôles CFA, OPCO, Régions, Pôle Emploi, DIRECCTE…
