Used to be great and recommended to many people. Since the update in September-ish it's gone downhill. Stupidly forgot to cancel before it renewed. I use across multiple devices and have changed settings and re-installed several times. No improvement. Always get 'loading servers' or nothing connects until you manually disconnect and reconnect or force close. Tried a well known competitor and whilst their app isn't as good. It's worked flawlessly. Now to get my refund

I have noticed that you can select a server listed as Miami and you are actually connected to somewhere in Kansas. I noticed the same issue with selecting servers listed for other cities. I will probably switch to another service after my current subscription ends. I don't have much faith in a company protecting my ip when they can't accurately tell you where their servers are.

Slow servers, app constantly disconnects. Customer service does not respond. I can't think of a worse service to use. PROTONVPN is a little more expensive but on a different level.

Fast Servers across the world. I have been using it for about a year now and as a security researcher myself, I highly recommend everyone now days use an affordable VPN service as a mandatory service. Great for concealing your true IP and useing public networks securely like hotels, cafés, and airports as hackers lurk there and prey on people who check their bank apps without using a VPN service. Rick and Morty on Netflix when connected to ipvansh and using a UK 🇬🇧 IP address from IP FYI

No longer allows split tunneling for other apps. Well except for ipvanish, being it's the only app to choose from in the options selection. Also banking app don't work when on. Please fix this vpn to its former glory.
