Unhappy, I've been using this app to call my family back home a year ago, however new updates makes it really hard to even open the app. I contacted the customer service of my current issue, one replied then I asked if there's any chance to claim my balance back but he did not bother to replying at all.

I've been using this apps for more than two years already. I can say it really helps me a lot. Specially when i want to call in the Philippines. And also the Hya team is very responsive whenever i need the support. I don't know why someone gave a very bad review. I just hope that the will continue their apps support. And have many choices of packages to select. 😊😊😊 Like for smaller bill. Thank for this app☺️

Am very upset this app many times am been waiting to fixed bla.bla.i have my new load but sad to say cant connected my calls always call processing.how long call processing?24 hours?not once happen this but 3x happen.i buy a load again and again for sure i can make a call need to be wait to expired na date one month and this be happen again .last year i buy but its no longer worked and waiting untill they expired my load for useless for wasting my money what a fact?

It sucks, its not working I tried many time installing and then uninstall. I don't fell safe, want to have access you everthing in your phone.contacts, picture, location, record your conversation and take picture. No thanks

I like this app. It helpsnme a lot. But i hope you can increase the number of person. Because its only up to 5 contacts per package.

Why i cannot access to my hya account? I have load it but i cannot make calls. It say "Registering" but im already registered ive been using this apps for at least 3mos already. Its been a big help for me. Please fix it.
