El Foro Internacional de Turismo Maspalomas Costa Canaria celebra su tercera edición los días 10 y 11 de diciembre. La continuidad del evento es la mejor muestra del éxito de una convocatoria que, anualmente, reúne en el principal municipio turístico de Gran Canaria a centenares de especialistas y profesionales del turismo. Organizado por el Ayuntamiento de la Villa de San Bartolomé de Tirajana y la Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, a través de la Facultad de Economía, Empresa y Turismo, ofrece el marco idóneo para el intercambio de opiniones y experiencias sobre los principales problemas del sector y sus soluciones, así como las tendencias que marcarán el futuro de la actividad turística.

El III Foro Internacional Maspalomas Costa Canaria cuenta con la colaboración de la Organización Mundial del Turismo y la Universidad IbnZohr de Agadir (Marruecos) e incluye la celebración de dos eventos paralelos: un Congreso Científico sobre Tendencias en Destinos Turísticos y unas Jornadas de Debate, con mesas redondas en las que participan especialistas nacionales e internacionales.
