This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing ITP - Call, Chat and Manage on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.

Until yesterday, it worked great. Now when I try to log in, all I get is "No Network Connection" even though my phone is connected to the internet. Problem is now solved.

I want to manage my ITP voip account from my phone. You want access to photos, files, contacts, etc? This is unnecessary and a violation of my privacy. The answer is NO. I have deleted this app.

was wonderful, now I have a constant message " network problem, can not start call". This even happens with 4G five bars? Magic App stil works even when the ITP app does not. Almost useless in this status. Can't seem to get any help or any commitment to fix the common problem.

Great phone service. Have had it for several years now and love the features. The app has been great until the other day, when the Black List under Do Not Disturb went blank. The numbers still exist in my account at the website, thankfully. Please Fix...its one of my favorite features. Also, it would be great if there was an option to forward incoming faxes to email. We pay the $9.99 monthly for a fax line that rarely gets used (2-3 times a year, or less). I can't justify another $9.99 month for the efax service. I do recall a code I could dial instead of paying for a fax line, but that didn't seem to work well.
